No Returns, Only Replacements for Eligible Issues

At Disco Doll Store, all our products are made-to-order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

However, we stand by the quality of our products and will gladly replace an item if:
✅ You received the wrong product
✅ The product was damaged in transit
✅ There is a printing or manufacturing defect

How to Request a Replacement

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@discodollstore.com
2️⃣ Provide your order number and clear photos of:

• The product received
• The defect or damage
• The packaging (if damaged)

3️⃣ Our team will review your request, and if approved, a free replacement will be sent.

Important Notes

• Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
• We do not offer refunds, only replacements for eligible issues.
• If the wrong size was ordered, we cannot replace it, so please check our size guide before purchasing.
